Refund policy

At Splendid Adornments, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the delicate and customized nature of our jewelry items, we offer a limited return policy under the following conditions:



Returns are ONLY accepted if:



  • The jewelry item arrives damaged or broken.
  • You report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the package.
  • You share an unboxing video clearly showing the damage upon opening the sealed package.




Returns will NOT be accepted if:



  • You change your mind about the item.
  • You do not like the color of the gemstone or overall appearance.
  • There is no proof of damage (such as an unboxing video).



We do not accept returns for reasons such as personal preferences in size, style, or color. Each item is carefully checked and packaged before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.
